KPEG Approach

 

We believe that a systematic approach to engineering enables the best results. The KPEG approach utilizes the design spiral and chunking methodology. The combination of these analytical methods allow us to continually make progress through iterative segmentation of complex systems. We use the design spiral to place waypoints in the analytical process to queue us to shift focus to the issue in the critical path of the project. Chunking methodology allows us to temporarily remove variables to enable us to move forward even when we don't have all of the information necessary to define a solution, and, equally importantly, provides us an uncorrupted restore point in our design process when new data becomes available.
